Council has approved the 2013 Street Rehabilitation and Resurfacing Program. Please be aware of these construction areas and be prepared for possible traffic delays.
The following projects are part of the program that will be done during the summer of 2013:

| Crosse Avenue | East Street to Jackson Street |
| Jo San Drive | North Lake Street to Candy Lane |
| Spruce Tree Lane | SR 58 to Rock Creek Run |
| Rock Creek Run | A portion north of Old Oak to Spruce Tree Lane |
| Lullaby Circle | Old Oak to the end |
| Park Avenue | Intermittent repairs -a portion between Central Drive and Jackson Street |
| and a portion between Hume Hill Drive and SR 58 | |
| San Spring Parking Lot | |
| Police Dept Parking Lot | A portion of the rear lot - to be completed in phases |
| Cooper Foster Park Road | Beginnning east of Toyota's eastern apron to approximately 550 ft east |
| Shadylawn Drive | East side of North Woodhill Drive to Blossom Drive |
| Sunrise Avenue | Washington Street to Terra Lane |
| Crack Sealing and Intermittent Pavement Repairs on Various Roads | |
